This is especially significant as Ilango Ram\u2019s film Nelum Kuluna (Tentigo) competed in Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in the year 2023 and was awarded the Special Jury Prize. Being invited in 2025 to return as a jury member in that very same competitive section stands out as a remarkable honour.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Tallinn Black Nights film Festival jury panel delivered verdicts across 9 main award categories.<\/p>\n<p>Ilango Ram also becomes the first Sri Lankan to serve on the jury at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival after it was recognized as an A-list film festival by FIAPF, marking a noteworthy moment in the festival\u2019s history.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"gmail_signature\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, serif;
