Mythri Movies Makers’s Third Tamil Production titled ‘Modha Rathiri’ Official Announcement!

Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj unveils the Title of this Content-Driven Entertainer

Mythri Movie Makers, one of Indian cinema’s most influential production houses, has consistently set benchmarks with landmark blockbusters like Pushpa franchise and Good Bad Ugly, among several other big-ticket entertainers. Known for delivering high-impact cinema, the banner now takes an exciting step forward by expanding its creative spectrum.

The first look of Mythri Movie Makers’ Production No.3 in Tamil, titled “Modha Rathiri”, has been officially unveiled, marking the beginning of a promising content-driven entertainer. Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj launched the film’s title and first look this evening (May 1, 2026)) on his social media platform. The film, directed by Raja Karuppasamy,  stars Rishikanth alongside Anishma Anilkumar, who gained attention with her performance in Sirai and Youth.

At the core of Modha Rathiri lies a gripping and intriguing premise: An unusual wedding. One night. Two strangers. Too many surprises. So many lies. What begins as a new life spirals into chaos – a night that changes everything.

The film features a vibrant ensemble cast including Rishikanth, Anishma Anilkumar, Chetan, A. Venkatesh, Bucks, Abdool Lee, Shelly Kishore, Sangeetha Balan, Banupriya, Sumithra Devi L., Varshini Karmegham, Karthikeyan, Velan, and Kowshik Kabilan among others.

Backed by a strong technical team, the film has Surendran Paranjothi as cinematographer, Ashok Arjunan as editor, and Bharath Sankar composing the music. He is one among the promising next-gen music composers, who was extolled with praises for his commendable works in Mandela and Maaveeran. The crew also includes Poornima Ramaswamy (Costume Designer), A. Balumahendra (Art Director), and Viyaki (Publicity Designer).

இந்திய சினிமாவின் முன்னணி தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனங்களில் ஒன்று மைத்ரி மூவி மேக்கர்ஸ். ‘புஷ்பா’, ‘குட் பேட் அக்லி’ போன்ற பிளாக்பஸ்டர் எண்டர்டெயின்மெண்ட் திரைப்படங்களை தொடர்ந்து தயாரித்து வருகிறது. திரைத்துறையில் தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் பல படங்களை தயாரித்து வரும் இந்நிறுவனம் அடுத்ததாக தனது கிரியேட்டிவ் ஸ்பெக்ட்ரத்தில் அடுத்த கட்டத்தை நோக்கி நகர்ந்துள்ளது.

இந்நிறுவனம் தமிழில் தயாரிக்கும் மூன்றாவது படமான புரொடக்‌ஷன் நம்பர் 3 தற்போது ‘மொத ராத்திரி’ என தலைப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. நல்ல கதையம்சம் கொண்ட எண்டர்டெயின்மெண்ட் திரைப்படமான இதன் முதல் பார்வை மற்றும் தலைப்பை இயக்குநர் லோகேஷ் கனகராஜ் இன்று (மே 1, 2026) மாலை அவரது சமூகவலைதள பக்கத்தில் வெளியிட்டார். ராஜா கருப்பசாமி இயக்கும் இந்தப் படத்தில் ரிஷிகாந்துடன் ‘சிறை’ மற்றும் ‘யூத்’ படங்கள் மூலம் கவனம் ஈர்த்த அனிஷ்மா அனில்குமார் நடிக்கிறார்.

வழக்கத்திற்கு மாறான ஒரு திருமணம், ஒரு இரவு, இரண்டு அறிமுகமில்லா நபர்கள், ஆச்சரியங்கள், பல பொய்கள் என ஓர் இரவு எல்லாவற்றையும் மாற்றுகிறது என்பதுதான் ‘மொத ராத்திரி’.

என்கேஜிங்கான கதை, புது திறமையாளர்கள் மற்றும் பிரம்மாண்டமான தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனம் என ‘மொத ராத்திரி’ திரைப்படம் புதுமையான அதேசமயம் எண்டர்டெயின்மெண்ட் கதைக்களத்தை ரசிகர்களுக்கு தர இருக்கிறது. படம் குறித்தான அடுத்தடுத்த அப்டேட் விரைவில் வெளியாகும்.
